Food Drive Recap

In addition to the food items we collected to fill the shelves of the Aledo UMC Manna Room and help stock the shelves of the Center of Hope, our Bearcat Community donated over $5000 in gift cards and online donations for our annual food drive!

What's PTO doing at MY school?
Coder Elementary

In September we redid the teacher’s lounge. What a transformation! The teachers loved it. 

In October we replenished the playground school supplies for the students and staff. 

Thanks to Gilchrist Automotive, in November our staff enjoyed boxed lunches from Babes. Thank you, Gilchrist automotive, for showing our Coder Staff how much we appreciate them. 

Details will come soon about our December staff appreciation. 

Vandagriff Elementary

Vandagriff PTO provided Montes breakfast burritos on November 13th to power their work day. 

Walsh Elementary

Thank you to everyone who donated to our December Staff Appreciation Lunch!  Lunches from Your Personal Chef will be delivered to our teachers and staff the week of December 14th.  In November, your donations helped us stock the Walsh lounge with coffee, tea, flavored water, sodas, chips, pretzels, cookies and popcorn.

McAnally Intermediate

We provided snacks, coffee, tea, and pies for our staff the Friday before Thanksgiving break. Look for an email this month for more details on what we are doing for December and January! 

Aledo Middle School

We'd like to thank everyone who adopted a staff member for Thanksgiving. Your help allowed us to provide gift cards for pies to the wonderful AMS staff!

For December we are wanting to stock the lounge with snacks, coffee, tea, and cocoa! If you'd like to help with this endeavor please click here  to visit the amazon wishlist for AMS PTO. Aledo High School

AHS PTO is doing stove top potpourri for all teachers and staff in December.
We would love to thank everyone for the pies that were donated to our teachers & staff. A special shout out to H‑E‑B for letting parents order through them and delivering a lot of pies the Thursday before Thanksgiving break. It was a HUGE success! We had a few extra pies, that were donated to the bus drivers.
